Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is a fashion model and actor in the US. In addition to being a part of his Road Trip role, he also appeared in The New Guy Hustle & Flow as well as The Core. In addition to his work as a character in the film, he has appeared in over 22 TV programs like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order etc. Qualls has survived Hodgkin's lymphoma. He was first diagnosed when he turned 14 years old. After two years of treatment, his cancer is in the process of remission. His body was badly damaged by the treatment and the development of his body was slow down. Once he was performing, financial stability was the goal. He was a victim of poverty in his childhood. I've lived so frugally and for so long, I'm able been able to enjoy that financial security or else the world seems beyond my control, when he spoke to an interviewer. He also reminisces about his childhood to motivate him. He says "Cruelty breaks the heart of my heart." He claims that his dream job would be that of father figures in reality and in film. He admits that Directors do not cast him in these characters. Someday he would love to be a father himself in the future, when he could be able to devote more time to his work and more to his child.
