Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She started participating in fitness shows when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. She won her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. In just one year she earned her pro card at 17 years old. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue her education. She came back in 2015 and carried on from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards every year. By the end of 2009 she won four more health titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, after earning the Pro Card. When she earned her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel was able to make a comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She was 3rd overall at the event. In June of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and came home with 6th place, within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectation. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. Ariel competed with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. How she does this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
